Reviews and Ratings
Ramsey Park Hotel has a clean and spacious environment with a lovely view. However, I experienced a series of service issues that really impacted my stay, from delays in meal service to room cleaning mishaps. While the location is quite nice and the rooms are comfortable, the dining experience was lacking, and overall, I felt the structure of the hotel needs improvement to enhance the guest experience.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the new function room and bar, which had a lively atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the food was quite delightful. However, I did hear that there were some significant issues with service and room readiness during busy times. Overall, I'd recommend it for its ambiance and great food, but be prepared for some service hiccups.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is peacefully located just outside town and has its own parking. The large room with a wet room was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely helpful. However, the bar ambiance left something to be desired, and the menu might feel limited during off-seasons. Overall, it was a comfortable experience that I would certainly consider revisiting.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location overlooking the lake was stunning, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, though housekeeping could use some improvement. The breakfast was hit-or-miss, with some great items but also a lack of variety. While the staff tried their best, the service was often slow, especially during peak times.
I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be a delightful experience overall. The location is simply stunning, close to the beach and overlooking beautiful Mooragh Park. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, especially with the breakfast options. Additionally, the room had issues with excessive heat that made it uncomfortable at times, which I hope they address. Overall, it's a hotel worth visiting for its beautiful setting and great service.
